We are registered with the United States Consulate in Toronto as a Notary for authentication purposes.  This registration will enable you or your client to skip the stage of dealing with the provincial government, which will save you and your client time and money.

Please note we are not a law firm.  We only witness, sign and notarize the documents, based on the instructions provided by your lawyer/ closing agent.  You, the client are responsible for arranging independent legal advice and having a lawyer/ closing agent all required closing documents.
