How it works?

  1. Email your Will and/or Power of Attorney (POA) to contact@diannag.com.​

  2. Book an online notarization appointment here.

  3. Print your document(s).  You will need to sign and initial every page with pen and paper during the video call.

  4. Sign your Will or POA during the video call and send your document(s) to us.

  5. The Notary and second witness will watch you sign and sign their counterpart.  Upon receiving your signed copy, the executed Will and/or POA can be picked up or couriered to you.

Prices are for signing and notarization of Wills and POA only, and do not include drafting Wills or POAs.  If you need legal advice to draft a Will or POA, please speak to a lawyer.  This webpage is intended for information purposes only.
